Privacy

The basket is stored in your browser. When you pay, Stripe collects your card details and delivery address. We receive the name, email, address and items needed to fulfil the order. We do not store card numbers.

Order emails are sent from the Wexbury mailbox. To ask what we hold, or to ask for it to be deleted, email support@wexbury.co.uk.

Cookies

Your basket, saved items and your cookie choice are kept in your own browser so the shop works. They are not used for adverts and are not shared.

Advert cookies from Meta (the Meta Pixel, for Facebook and Instagram) and Google (the Google tag) are only used if you press Accept on the cookie banner. They tell Meta and Google which of our adverts led to a visit or an order, so they receive the pages you look at, what you add to your basket and what you buy, along with the identifiers their cookies set. Meta and Google handle that information under their own privacy policies. If you press Reject, or never choose, they are not loaded at all.

You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link at the foot of every page. To ask what we hold, or to ask for it to be deleted, email support@wexbury.co.uk.
